I'm planning to sell health and beauty products on ebay and link it to my hubpages. I'm thinking of making an article here on each product that i want to sell at ebay, I just want to know if it is allowed here and if its allowed also on google ?
I'm not an expert on eBay's rules, but I don't see any reason why you can't do this. Just be sure you conform with eBay's link policy when listing your auction items.
It seems you're allowed 1 link to an informational page describing the product, with the only pertinent limitation being that you can't link to a page that "offer to trade, sell or purchase goods or services outside of eBay".
Running google adsense on those hubs seems to be all right.
To be sure you're ok you might want to check with eBay directly though ...
