I think not, but I'm pretty new here so I want to make sure...
One of the comments on the Project Backlink Hub includes a link to this hub...
http://hubpages.com/hub/Build_10_000_Li … hree_Weeks
...which is a word-for-word copy of this blog post...
http://www.blogstorm.co.uk/build-10000- … n-3-weeks/
I note that the "author"-hubber, Sindicut, has provided the blogstorm url at the bottom of the hub (although not in the form of a link back to the blog and not really in what I deem proper attribution format). Does simply making such a small effort to indicate that you're not the true author make this okay in the eyes of HubPages?
If not, is this where the "flag this hub" link comes into play?
I'm sorry if I sound like a complete newbie, but I just didn't want to take action against someone's hub incorrectly.
Thanks, relache, I did.
Ironically, the score has improved since I first visited the hub. Hopefully others have flagged/will flag it, as well.
Score improved because now many people are reading your post and visiting this hub. You gave it a publicity LOL

I just finished reading several hubs on this site that have totally appalled me because they were all hubs of hate and prejudice. One of them was an uncalled for rant against people with poor manners where the author directly stated that all those people were illegal immigrants, another was a...

Currently, we are allowed 2 text links within a hub for links to our website, blogs, or articles written elsewhere. But, if you don't join the HP Amazon program, do you know that those 2 Amazon text links are not extra ones? If you use 2 amazon links, then you have used up your quota of 2 personal...

Is there a way to get rid of unwanted traffic sites that attach a link to our hubs without our knowledge? I try to individually monitor my hubs for suspicious traffic and have written two letters to the offender who has sent me 8 visits on one hub this week. Now HubPages has marked my hub with a...
