I have a document in pdf which I'd like to upload to my Hub. Any way to do it?
As far as I know there isn't. The best you could do is upload/host it somewhere online and then add a link either at the end or somewhere in the hub. Otherwise you could take screen prints and make the relevant parts into JPGs.
My approach would be to turn it into a powerpoint presentation and use the free version of camstudio to make a video of it that you can upload to you tube.
That way your pdf file would be displayed.
Other then that, I cannot see HP having the capsule to do this as a straight pdf upload other then a link.
I think the only way to do this is cut and paste it.
There are a number of freeware programs you can download to convert it into some other format I beleive.
No. If it's powerpoint or presentation file then you can convert it into avi/mpeg video. After that upload it to youtube/metacafe and embed the link.
By the way,HP should get a capsule for excel/pdf view like docstoc or scribd.

In order to add your own video to a hub, do you have to join youtube first, upload your video, then put it in the hub capsule? I wish I could upload my videos like I upload my photos.

I have noticed that many hubbers add fancy, colorful bands between capsules. It is so pleasant to have them there, and I'd love to know where to find them and how to upload them to my hubs. Thanks so much!
