I have been at this almost a month, not too much progress so far but I feel I'm on the right track. I'm wondering if my profile page is descriptive enough or what to do to make it better.
Thanks so much 4 your time,
It looks excessively and obviously promotional, and tells me nothing about you. Take a look at my profile and Misha's, and notice how we include links to our websites but still manage to say something about ourselves.
And what on earth is phycology?
I guess I shouldn't be answering this question, because of the simple fact that I do not consider myself a professional hubber or a HubPro.
However, with that said, I would say that no your profile does not qualify as descriptive. There are a bunch of links and very little written about yourself, so as to be unique in nature.
But, then again, like I said- not a pro.
Hi romper20, I think it's good, I would only suggest to add a closing paragraph about yourself but that's just me (I like to have a beginning, middle and end) but I am certainly no expert.
No pro here either but I would suggest taking a look around and viewing other profiles to see if there's anything you like that you can apply to your own. btw Welcome to HubPages.

Hello everyone. I'm very new to hubpages, day 2 and counting. I'm trying to figure out what all of these scores mean. There are some next to my hubs and one next to the picture on my profile. And what does it mean when these go up and down? Just wondering if I'm getting off to a good start.

A problem I see with many hubs is that they don't answer a question. So my top tips:-Your title is THE most important part of your content for SEO. -Choose a topic that's low competition (not a lot of other articles ranking in Google for the exact same thing.) -Answer a question. Or even put a...

It was quite recently that I happened to notice the tab on our profiles, 'My Activity,' that shows virtually all of our activity throughout HubPages with the exception of the various ratings we might leave. Then, when I go to my dashboard statistics, I see another activity tab which shows hubs...

What is best in using the feature located under our profile editing page when it comes to ...?I have noticed the feature that one can either choose to either click to show all unfeatured hubs or to show only featured hubs. Is there any significance as to one's score as to which one one...

Good evening,I was wondering, can we put links in our profiles? I was assuming that the rule for linking in profiles would be the same for hubs -- two-link limit. But I wanted to make sure it was allowed before I did anything.Peace,Donna
