How about a feature that lets you view your awards and milestones.  I would like to see when these milestones were met and what the next one is.

I was just thinking about this today. wink
I missed my own 1000 views milestone and wondered how I can ever look at it. big_smile

That would be interesting.  I'd rather it be a link to the awards in the "my account" page instead of visible on the profile, like has been suggested before.

I agree whitney, I want to know I don't think profile page visitors need to know or would even care, but I do.

Yep... No one else needs to be able to see it, and it's not something that should be added to the profile page bc it'll clutter it. Just something that we could see.

I've actually wondered what awards I've gotten, because I tend to miss my own. It'd be interesting to see the frequency between  awards (traffic awards, friend numbers, etc), days they were earned on, and whatever other awards there are..

They could put it in the area that deals with affiliate links, I think that would be a great place for it.

Or under 'My Account' under a heading like 'My HubPages Achievements'.
Not that I have so many so far. A bronze for 10 Hubs, another bronze for 100 Forum Posts.

Sort of like a video game achievements area? You get a silver medal for 100 friends, gold for 500, platinum for 1,000, etc? Get a medal for 10 pages created, 100 pages created, 1,000 pages created, etc?

    That type of stuff? big_smile

Right, thats the kind of thing I want to know about, eventually it'll become about when it happened but I'm a soldier and soldiers love medals so I want to see mine from time to time.

I want a little button that says 'I like this' smile

Great idea wesley. I'm none bothered for looking at what I did or didn't do but then - I'm not normal. Apparently.

But for those that do enjoy looking at their achievements, why ever not? I hope your idea bears fruit big_smile

There is somewhere in the FAQ that the achievements goals are listed, it would be nice to see what you have earned in the past though. I think a tiny addition to your profile picture denoting traffic goals would be nice though!

How about the Ode to Joy by Bethoven?

Or Flight of the Valkyries by Wagner?

I wondered about how hubbers see their "awards" - have to lurk about the hubtivity at the right time, I guess.  Would be very nice to see them listed on our account page!  Super idea.
