Earlier I was sourcing quotes and I came across one I really liked and wanted to use. It was attributed to some chap.
Before I using it I checked who this chap was and was horrified to find that I was directed to a porn site!
Phew!!! THAT was a close call.
Has anyone else come across anything similar?
What I should've added....but its nowhere near as salacious....the guy (with the porno site) didn't actually say the quote .... he hijacked it.
Other research attributes the quote to someone else.
Who knew that putting together a hub on funny travel quotes would lead me in this direction?
Yep... the best Confusious quote I got though was:
Man who fly upside down
Must have Crack Up.
Tell the truth.... you're going back later for a peek yeah?
So........ what was the quote TE?
Hahaha Sheeesh... Don't TELL THEM That TE.... Not many of them know how Kiwis manage to keep going the way we do.... (like wee battery powered bunnies )
Good to see you managed to find someone to plug into to get back your power Was he on that site?
I think everyone struggles when kiwis get together in our classic style of conversation
Can I Add something to your research?
My favourite "Bye" saying is "See you in the Spring!" Hey it works for ducks AND it always gets a smile from the other person. You can use MY saying if you need a stocking stuffer.
Take it easy TE

What are your favorite adages, phrases, and quotes? To be honest I haven't studied past historical and artistic figures and writers. I've always been a writer but lack the historic knowledge and base of phenomenal writers and authors. Enlighten me with your favorites please.........

I joined HubPages about 1 year ago and I have only written 13 hubs. Out of these 13 only 2 hubs are getting good traffic. That's why I deleted 11 hubs and left these 2 hubs on here. I'm not sure if I should go on with writing here. I think I would still keep my account because I like the HubPages...
