Hi everyone I was wondering how many of you have heard of a book titled 'Your Bodies Many Cries for Water'. It is wonderful. I can't rate it highly enough. Some parts of if may seem a bit hard going but perserve as you will get one of the best educations on the importance of water to the human body.
That sounds really interesting. I'll take special note of this. Thanks. I'm always up for reading a good nonfiction and information-packed book!
It reminds me of a quote from some one I heard a loooong time ago. I am paraphrasing:
"Humans were created by water as a way of moving around."
