For example, … while assembling the hub I just finished moments ago [unpublished at this writing], I experienced the “SOMETHING WENT WRONG” error message no less than twenty times, plus a complete system freeze up that caused me to have to close out the whole hubpages website, before I could re-enter and try again.
Also, during this process, I watched my rating DROP… “94”, “93”, “92”.
I always assemble hubs using a public access computer at a public library.
Does anybody else experience this sort of failure while assembling hubs???
This failure is routine for me. I would not know how to act, if the process was any smoother.
P.S., Submiting this comment also has failed twice to 'PREVIEW", getting wiped out, eventhough the blank computer screen says "DONE". This is my third attempt to post -- I'll just hit "SUBMIT" this time, without "PREVIEW".
Regarding building hubs, sounds like a bad internet connection or a browser issue. Try closing your browser completely, opening it again, and holding shift while hitting refresh before signing into HubPages again.
As far as the forum post preview issue, this was a bug which should be fixed shortly. In the meantime, just submit your posts without previewing for a while.

I suppose a server overload problem/network inadequacy issue might cause this sort of failure too, which a good percentage of public libraries seem to face. The particular library I use now faces a bandwidth problem.
