I'm not sure if my hubs were flagged - there was no indication of that at all - but they were all (4) unpublished, and I didn't do that.
I have re-published them, double-checking the FAQ as well as the posting rules. I haven't violated any of them.
1) How is that possible?
2) Who did it?
3) What's the secret to a great creme brulee?
4) How do you spell "creme brulee"?
5) How do I prevent it?
6) Do I have ADHD? Oh, look - a butterfly...
1) How is that possible? Because it is.
2) Who did it? Not me. I swear!
3) What's the secret to a great creme brulee? Torching the top just right so you caramelize the sugar.
4) How do you spell "creme brulee"? Can I pass on this one?
5) How do I prevent it? Don't make creme brulee.
6) Do I have ADHD? Oh, look - a butterfly... Quite possibly.
Well-played! And you're right - all about the torch. The custard is pretty easy itself to make, it's the crunchy top, the caramelized crusty goodness. Hail the French dessert chef who invented it, what's-his-name, Brulee.
Thanks for playing along - that was fun.
