Why is it so hard to make people understand about copyright? There is so much misunderstanding and outright ignorance of it out there...
Oh just a fall out from the great picture hub controversy. People are convinced if a picture does not have a watermark that it's free for the taking. And then there are the other people who just copy and paste text from other sites. Luckily, this time it's no one taking my work...
It should, but actually if you publish something it is copyrighted to you, with our without the mark.
My knowledge of copyright law is limited, but some is pretty obvious.
Would you e-mail to me a very honest critique of my work? You have already read it. I know you have an opinion.
I have to shut down the computer. I am getting an alert about vertual memory. I sincerly value your opinion. I can take it, really.
I give up. I am tired of banging my head against the wall trying to explain to people about copyright. Let them find out for themselves what can happen...
Sorry, I wasn't talking about you
That was a lousy thing for someone to do with your poem. I feel the same way trying to explain to some people about copyright.
I know the feeling. My roommate read my diary once, I have never forgotten it even though we are still friends.
She actually went into my room, and found it in my desk. Needless to say, she was asked to find another place to live.
Uninvited, I would like to learn more about copywrights.

This morning while making small talk with a young barista at our local coffee depot, I started a sentence with the phrase, "You're probably too young to remember but...". While driving home from the shop I realized I've been using that phrase a lot recently. It started a whole...

What is the "comfort" smell/aroma that will coax a smile or a contented sigh from you?Waking in the morning with the smell of fresh made tortillas....! Oh man, I love that.... Even beats coffee and bacon, but not by much... Fresh laundry that was hung outside to dry, so fresh you can...

A few weeks ago I posted that my hubby was put on paid furlough. Today, they found out that over 300 people will be let go, he still has no clue if he'll get called back or not. So he asked where "don't" I want to live, as he begins to send out resumes. I can rule out...
