I think you'll have to record it as a video (even if it's a blank screen). Then you'll upload it to YouTube, Vimeo or another supported video service and embed the video.
Hello aware. The only way I can think of to add a voice clip is to use a service like YouTube. There are a few others that will work in the Video capsule on Hubpages. You can open the video capsule in edit mode and you can see a list of services that HP allows.
upload that video clip on youtube and give URL of that give in video accolade .by using video accolade you can use your video clip in the hub
"Video accolade?" I don't think there is any such thing. Maybe you are getting your terminology mixed up? I think you probably mean video capsule.

In order to add your own video to a hub, do you have to join youtube first, upload your video, then put it in the hub capsule? I wish I could upload my videos like I upload my photos.

I know that hubpages is strict about violations and copyright but is it a violation to post a youtube video in your hub, which you know includes copyrighted material, which the one uploading the video did not have...
