News flash - I am not dead!

   I haven't been very active on HP lately. I've been swamped with writing articles for pay, and I just returned from FL, where Randy Godwin and I competed in the fishing tournament from hell. lol
   
   I've received numerous emails from hubbers who were concerned about me, which I thought was great. It's nice to be missed! I'm fine, although our newest grandchild has pneumonia. Also, I go today for my six-weeks cancer test, so I'm extremely nervous.
   
   If I haven't responded to comments you've left, it's because I haven't had time. I'm working on that now! Please forgive me.

      I sincerely wish that your cancer test brings you good news habee. With all of the trials we go through in life; that one is definitely one of the most stressful. I can't say I know firsthand what it's like; but I have an idea from family members and patients at the hospital.
      Keep your strength and spirit moving forward.

    It's nice to know you're not dead, habee.  But...  how do we know you're really not dead and didn't just leave instructions with someone to post this (all as a part of a giant conspiracy to get people to keep reading your Hubs?       )

    Habee and Randy in Florida?!!! How come I wasn't called on this one?! East Coast or West Coast? And here I was the whole time waiting to go fishing with my pole and my bucket!
    
    Wish you the best on the cancer test. I'm sure you'll be fine. Your grandchild will get better in no time. Here in Florida we get a few pneumonias a year from this Jungle-like weather. But we are strong people! We can survive anywhere!!! Best wishes to you.
