   This week we visit Mackinac Island's Grand Hotel to showcase 18 HubNuggets Wannabes' Hubs by newer HubPages writers. The Somewhere in Time film fan convention is in town and the HubNuggets Team must serve these nuggets of tasty writing to a crowd of fans that call themselves Time Travelers.

    Anyone remember 1973 when Secretariat won the Belmont Stakes by 31 lengths?
    
    The cateegory SPORTS is winning by more than that right now over Toys/Games and Home topics this week. Wow!

       I am so pleased that I won my first Hub Nugget,thanks everyone who may have voted for my Hub! I hope to continue more Hubs in the future trying to maintain the best quality I can attain and learning as I go to improve upon my approach. Thanks again!

    :-) I agree with Maddie Ruud,  more people should vote in the Games, Toys and Hobbies category. But all the other hubs are so good, I feel special just to have mine even included among them.

    Congratulations, BenjaminB. I thought the voting doesn't end yet. This is a very timely hub, especially with regards to HEALTH theme. Toys, I think is not so famous this season. It should be on December, what do you think?
    Been a wannabe, too on Sept.2009 when I wrote about the Strangest Places in the USA after a week of hubbing.

    Topics rotate automatically through the weeks at  the rate of 3 topics per week, and don't always coincide with their related seasons, if any, it appears. Travel_man1971 - you're probably correct that winter holidays and Christmas might bring more play towards Toys and Games, vote-wise. Thanks for pointing it out. Fun contest, anyway!
