Yes. Adsense only issues one account per person, and you can use the same ID across multiple accounts.

I find that answer a bit confusing. Yes, each HubPages account needs its separate email address. However, only one email address - that used to sign up for Adsense - will be associated with the Adsense account, and that is the one that will be used for granting HubPages access once the affiliate ID has been inserted.

So far I know if Google ban one's AdSense account, he/she cannot reopen the account. In that case how the niche or featured article can access Google AdSense? Probably it will not be allowed.So my question is how the way that hub could make money other than Google AdSense programme?
