When I try to open any Amazon or eBay ad on Hubpages- my account or any other account- with Chrome, I get a page of code (I assume its code).
I'm not having the same problem with Firefox.
Is anyone else using Chrome seeing the same problem?
I would hate all those shoppers to be unable to spend their money, so I am hoping this is just a problem with my browser!
I've forwarded this to our engineers to see if they can reproduce the problem. Thanks for notifying us.
Unfortunately (or, perhaps, fortunately), so far nobody on our team has been able to reproduce the issue. Is this happening on one Hub or all?
Sorry, Maddie, for raising a false alarm. I worked out eventually that the issue was entirely down to integrating a program called Internet Download Manger with Chrome. Having de-integrated it, I can now get the ads as normal.
I have emailed the program makers outlining the glitch.
Forgive me for such a slow response to your post- we are in entirely different time zones!
