I am very new to Hubpages and have just published my first hub. I really enjoyed while creating the hub and am sure that I will make many more hubs in the days to come. But before I do that, I would be really grateful if you can visit my hub and provide your feedback/comments/suggestion/complaints. I would love to hear all. Kindly reply to this thread. Alternatively you can leave your message in the comments or can directly mail me.
I did not use the revenue capsules as I primarily don't want to monetize this hub. But still, if you feel I should use them, please let me know. I am also looking for some practical tips from all you experienced hubbers on making this hub popular.
It was indeed a fascinating experience creating a hub. I'll definitely be back soon with more hubs.
Thanks in advance.
Come on guys..am I too new to be checked and given feedback? Your experience and thought will help me make my future hubs better.
Hi Website Editor,
Your hub looks great, and provides good information about html editors.
(But why not include a bit about Wordpress, and discuss its benefits as both a blogging and website platform.)
You may not have received any replies here, as many consider it "bad form" to initially jump on to the forums asking for feedback about your hubs.
Just take part in the forums, discuss stuff, make comments, etc.
People will notice that you are new, and visit your hubs. And perhaps become your fan if they like you.
It's a gradual process, just like gradually getting to know members of a new neighbourhood.
Anyway, welcome. All the shy little creatures here will come out to play when they get to know you a bit better.
I just left you a comment on your hub and a thumbs up. And that is the cutest avatar I have ever seen! Welcome to HP!
Speaking of avatars, Eric, what happened to you? Your ears seem to have gained a couple inches and your fur has spread over your entire being! lol
THAT'S what it is! I thought there was something different about him, today.
Wow. You guys are on the ball.
That was a brief glimpse of Finn, my German Shepherd.
He may make another appearance soon :-)
I just visited your hub and I liked it. Well done, my friend. A very good first hub!
I just took a look at your post and it seems very informative. Although, I have to say that your Title doesn't exactly match your content. Your Title "News, Technologies, Tips, Tools, Reviews and More" is a great topic but you only discuss HTML Editors in your Hub. So here is a little tip for you. Try using the same title you have but add something to it like this - News, Technologies, Tips, Tools, Reviews and More - Starting with HTML Editors. This way you can keep adding to your post with other Hubs and build up your HubScore and have readers keep coming back to see what is next.
Hope This Helps.
Thank you all for your comments!
@Eric: I got your point. I might have been a little impatient. I will definitely come out with a hub on Wordpress, thanks for the tip.
@Bonnie: Thanks for the comment and the thumbs up.
@hutchinsonm: Thanks for the tip. Yes, It does help. I will keep that in mind.
The Hub is nice and informative. I enjoyed it but that is a bad thing about the title. It doesn't fully apply to what your Hub is about. I suggest changing it for better feedback and results from your readers. Other then that great job and I know you enjoy feedback but write another hub, there is no better feedback then traffic!
Yes, the title is very long and doesn't totally reflect my hub. See, that's why I was asking for feedback. Next time I will not make this mistake.
Anyways, thanks for dropping by and replying.

As many of you noticed, we've recently been doing some testing with the Q&A feature on articles vs. with their own URLs. As a result of our tests we've developed a new policy.Once approved by a moderator, Questions will have a grace period to gain traffic on their own URL. Questions that gain a...

Hi EveryoneI guess it's not only my problem but for some other hubbers too, how do you encourage visitors to leave a comment on your Hub, or give some sort of feedback.I am getting some traffic to my Hubs, but for some reason I am still not receiving any constructive feedback, either good or...

Hello everyone! Thanks so much for all the feedback you've provided regarding the new Hub design. We've taken it to heart and have rolled out two updates to the design:1. If you put your Hubs into a Group, the Hub featured in the top right sidebar will be the next Hub in that Group2. The footer will...

This is a two-part question/discussion-starter.First - I recently saw that in my "feedback" section, there was a suddenly much higher number of hubs marked "funny." I don't mind this feedback, but I'm not really particularly humorous, and for the life of me I can't figure...

I'd like to suggest we get rid of Hubber Score - and perhaps even Hub Scores. They:- are constantly misunderstood;- cause a lot of upset and grief in the forums; and- encourage newbie Hubbers to direct their efforts in entirely wrong directionsFor instance, I've known newbie Hubbers stop...

Do you delete hub comments that are very generic if it appears the commenter hasn't read the hub?I notice my more popular hubs will get comments left that are just generic like "this was great thanks". I have started deleting these comments because they don't add anything meaningful...
