    is it okay to post content I published before?

      I had the same question at one time about a story I had written. It was published on another site. The advise that I got was to re-write the piece. That is what I did and recommend you to do if wanting to re-post it.

    You can, but it's not recommended. If the previously published content is still online somewhere, your hub will be marked as "duplicate content" and its score (and possibly yours as well) may take a ding. Also, you cannot have any outgoing links on the hub.
