Do I have to add the url to each individual hub in my adsense account to track channels? How can I tell how much each hub is or is not earning?
You can add the URL of each hub in AdSense (up to 199 of them or some such number), or you can simply link AdSense to Analytics. All of your hubs' earnings will automagically be tracked in there.
If you go the AdSense route, go to AdSense Setup > Channels > URL Channels.
When it says it's active, does that mean the ads are already on all of your hubs, or is there something more to it?
It means it has seen activity from SOME page. That is, at least one of your pages has Adsense with your ID.
I am still confused on setting this up >.< for creating the account, on the website URL do you put your profile address, or something different?
Yes - Profile address.
The HP instructions spell it out.

I am not sure the Learning Center is correct. I have used simply "hubpages.com" (without the quote-marks), and others are in agreement. I have read about Hubbers having trouble getting Analytics to work with the profile URL. What is your experience, Pcunix?
Yes, you do need to create individual channels in Adsense.
You can use Google Analytics for more convenience. Unfortunately it will miss some earnings, but you don't need to create URL channels.
