Go out into the internet and talk about it, including a link back to it.
Articles, blog posts, forum posts, and so on.
In appropriate places, where people are already talking about the topic, of course, and politely, not like an advertisement.

Merely submit your hub in various 200 social bookmarking sites. If you dont have list i can send you. You can reply me.
See these hubs for some reference

http://hubpages.com/hub/How-To-Get-Traf … sh-Domains
http://hubpages.com/hub/How_To_Increase … _Your_Site
You can find many more if you do a search.
Submitting them to social networks it`s not always the best idea, you account may be closed for spamming constantly with the same domain (your account can be banned not the domain, as for Hubpages will never be banned on the social networks, they never ban large quality content websites). At least Digg , StumbleUpon and Reddit don`t like the idea of spamming. Anyone that publishes a great post can submit it to some of the social networks but get involved, make friends and share your submission, let other people promote your submissions, I had my StumbleUpon account closed for submitting the same domain repetitively.
Before submitting to the social networks or social bookmarking services find out what type of content works best and what content will really beloved by the social network`s users. You may add friends with the same interests. These social networks are still gamed by some users, and don`t really understand why they aren`t penalized, but anyways, any submission will bring a decent amount of traffic if involved.
Best
Alex
