If I'm stuck indoors, or can't see outside, it affects me. The blue sky, the green, the scents, sounds, even the feel of the air is calming or energizing. If I'm feeling particularly stressed, I head to the beach. Being near the water is peaceful.
I am exactly the same way!! Always thought I liked the ocean ,because I was born alongside one,but Im sure its the calming and almost hypnotic effect of the water. Like you said, The smell ,the sounds, rolling in ,rolling out-Cleansing.
