I don't really know what is up, I've been using the link tool & passing out links from my hubs for about a month now & I don't seem to be making any headway, I want other hubbers to link to my hubs.
For example I published a hub on 4/28/2011
http://hubpages.com/hub/Hackleburg-Torn … ge-4272011
it has gotten over 2500 hits in less than a week.
I'm getting good traffic & writing better hubs & my HubKharma is going up....WHY CAN'T I GET OTHERS TO LINK TO MY HUBS?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks & God-Bless
You'll find most of the top hubbers here rarely or never use the link tool. And till now I wasn't aware of anyone actually tracking how many links it gave them. Usually (and especially after the panda update), external links from other sites are of more value. If you're getting a lot of traffic to a good quality article, you'll probably get organic links from visitors over time. Or you can manually backlink yourself.
I guess I'll just start backlinking.....Thanks for the comments

I am always surprised that guest blogging is never discussed on HubPages. We all know it's important to have backlinks pointing to our Hubs and websites. We also know that Google is working hard to detect and devalue links which are artificially created - things like directory...

Article for discussion. I know that this recent development has already been mentioned by some hubbers in forums. But I am now wondering if this might be the main reason why we are seeing the current traffic plunges for many hubbers? See link...
