Well, I guess that pretty much settles it.
Besides I think Superman would be too much of a gentleman to smite Jesus.
It could just be a contest, you know, like at the county fair or something.
Our fair is losing its state funding-- it could be a crowd-pleaser, and a big draw.
That looks right to me.
I loved the mad magazine version.
The question is just a humor of thought,
But obvious is this thought Jesus is more then any creation ever made, his existence is an Archangel, the most powerful of all creations.
Superman , is just fictional , but to compare , break the words down, Super, Man , he is no way a comparison to a Spirit Angelic creature.
Besides remember superman's weakness was cryptonite.
Jesus has none.
LOL, okay, so amused with my question, I decided to Google it, and, well, just lawl @ this:
Divine beings 2, suprheroes 0
I see a trend developing.
LOL. So I guess the real question should have been, do you think divine power is more realistic than super power?
No one would win. There would be no fight as Jesus would not let it get that far. He would reason it out.
But surely in the name of good fun, with full understanding of the light-hearted nature of the question, Jesus would relent and, for the enjoyment of everyone, indulge in a bit of good natured sparring. I am certain Jesus had a fabulous sense of humor afterall.
I heard he was a woose with a left that wouldn't hurt a fly.
Yeah, but he's got a right cross that's a real killer.
BuhDum...Bum.
I have a feeling I shouldn't laugh at that. Hopely there's nothing in the Bible that's against making puns about Jesus' death.
If Jesus doesn't have a sense of humor, we're all going to hell anyway.
Pretty funny stuff. Do you have the comic strips of prof. x vs darwin or batman vs the beast of the leviathan?
They're probably on here somewhere.

We've had enough fun with it, oughta give the guys a link at least.
I couldn't find the other ones, but here's Batman vs. Leviathan
Superman would win by default, where still waiting for Jesus to make a comeback.
That is funny, except I think they scored the Character Aspects wrong, that definitely goes to Jesus. Come on, you got a God AND a ghost on your side? That's way better than a big robot, a missile trialer and a scout car.
There would be no fight - Jesus, with his passive resistance, knows what the outcome would be and Superman is smart enough to realize that he wouldn't be in control of the situation.

Okay, here's a fun question that a coworker and I had a few years ago. Who could win in a fight if in theory these characters existed in the same universe? A Jedi Knight from Star Wars or Superman? Who do you pick would win in a fight and why?
by Stevennix2001 11 years ago
Okay, who'd win in a fight? No special rules, as each of these characters are free to fight and strategize against each other however the hell they want. Who'd win in a fight? Please be elaborate as possible when telling us who you think would win.

With the advent of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, who would win in a fight? Batman or Superman? I mean if the Man of Steel and the Dark Knight were to face off (and they have in the past) who do you think would come out on top and why?

How do you understand the expression that the wise win before they fight? There are plenty of expressions about winning or losing, for example 1) "The war does not determine who is right. It only determines who is left", 2) "You can no more win a war than you can win an...
