At my wits end with team and an unpublished hub Help please

   Yesterday I was ecstatic learning I had 100 views in a day a record for me, then the bottom fell out
   
   I received an email from the team stating a different hub needed revision to be published due to a link. The hub was published 10/12/10 and I had later added a clickbank link due to the subject Parents Getting Respect. When the rules change months ago I received an email with hubs that needed to be revised and went and deleted all my links to clickbank and other affiliates I thought may have been a problem. There is now and has been for months NO LINKS IN THE HUB  NONE
   
   We have now exchanged 5 sets of emails to the point of me getting extremely aggravated and sending them screen shots of the entire hub showing THERE ARE NO LINKS IN THIS HUB. But they keep telling me there are. I told them maybe they needed to clear their browser and check again because they were looking at the hub before it was updated months ago.
   
   I really didn't want to post this in the forum but I don't know what else to do. I have Googled it to check, checked the edit version, everything and am to the point I'm ready to say screw it and am beginning to understand why so many writers are moving on.
   
   If anyone has any suggestions I would deeply appreciate it because this is now become very detrimental in reference to my thoughts of HP

   My suggestion is to email Maddie directly. She is the overseer of the moderation team.
   
   I didn't see any links on the page, so I don't know what the problem is.

   They are telling me there is a link in the text and I don't do RSS feeds because I know nothing about them. Sorry just something I never learned.

      I just checked. It looks like you removed the link but one period (full stop) is still linked. It's the one after the line "You might just get the respect you not only want but deserve". If you highlight that, and click the broken chain icon to break the link, you should be fine.

   Good luck. I"m still pretty new at HP so I couldn't give you any advice. But I can understand your frustration at not getting a response. Let us know how this gets resolved - it might help someone else

    Thank you Jason so much You were the only one out of many who found it. I highlighted clicked the chain to see the link and there wasn't any but I did as you said and clicked to break the link Then I actually deleted the period so I guess will see what happens now.
    
    I can't believe that someone couldn't have just told me that on about the third email

    The moderation team has an additional admin panel that scans the whole page, so it's what said there was that link (it doesn't say which text was linked). But I'm glad that you're all set now!

    OMG! A "period" had caused you so much aggravation!  Yes, I agree with you that the HP team should have pointed out what link they were talking about.  But I'm glad Jason found it and I hope everything is fine now.  Congratulations on your first 100 views.

    Thanks again Jason, but what I don't understand is how that hub was republished after I removed the link months ago if the link was still there.
    I think that was the worst part because that would have meant I went back in and added it back in which I knew there was no way in hell that happened.
    
    
    Rosie thank you so much It was mainly due to one hub but it doesn't matter because I'm the one that wrote it!!!! I'm still excited about it and it just goes to show you never know who is going to read your work and put it out there for a bunch of people to see.

       I would have never seen the "link" in the "period" with the naked eye. This is another reason that any specific link that is a problem should be Noted with any notification of offences.

          That's why I was so aggravated I had friends look at it, other writers and their like what link and why would they republish it months ago if there was still a link   
          Oh well I guess we'll know what to look for if it happens to someone else

       Thanks Peggy The hub has been republished and everything is fine thanks to Jason and every ones help.  It was just aggravating that they didn't  tell me it was the period in the beginning or at least the second or third email.  But I'm still happy I hit my goal and am not going to stress over it anymore it just could have been handled differently and saved a lot of time and more importantly aggravation.  Thanks for the support and talk to you soon
       By the way where have you been I haven't seen any new hubs lately and I miss them?????
