I came across a blog by walletpop.com that states there are too many blogs out there. I thought Hubbers might find this interesting and weigh in.

That's his opinion and he's entitled to it.
I have read it. It's an interesting thought, that's what I feel
I support his right to express his opinion, I was just curious what people thought.
It is not a new opinion, and he certainly has a point. I have written along similar lines myself. If I have heard the phrase, "google loves blogs, you have to have a blog," one more time, I will shoot myself. I hear that almost as much as I hear, "You need to do some social networking to generate huge traffic."
Blogging has been waaaay overhyped.
99% of bloggers do not make any money
My own thinking is that there is a massive google algorithm change on the way which will try and penalise all the splogs and so-called blogs that are just marketing crap.
Interesting point of view.
First we started with a html website then went to a blog. Now we have mobi net so I wonder what will be next.

The forums are a place where many from HP gather to socialize, debate or ask for thoughts, opinions etc. to create a hub. I have sat silently and observed people being attacked or diverting the attack to make HP believe that they are the ones that were harmed. I am not saying that a person should...

... when most of your content is on Hubpages?I noticed that recently a few of the Hubpages regulars have gotten together on Blogger for a joint project. What are the advantages of using Blogger as an ancillary site, when you have most of your content on Hubpages?
