   am new to hubpages and today i wrote my first hub but could'nt publish coz violation of rules or problem with ip address. I don't understand. It was simply about living healthy. How do i know where i went wrong?

   Consult a psychic, ouija board, or wait for a very long time for an unhelpful reply from team@hubpages.com. Unfortunately, your frustrations are well documented by others. You'll have to go back through TOS and slowly deduce for yourself what the violations might be.

   Oftentimes, this happens when posting from a public computer or shared computer or dynamic IP address. Someone may have used this IP address for spam in the past, resulting in it being blocked. The way forward is to contact HubPages and explain that you have not had previous accounts on HubPages and not broken any rules, as far as you know. Then ask them to clear the IP address.
