I tried other sources and found out that Yahoo Answers is a great place to gain some traffic for your hubs. You do need to be active and try to participate regularly, but it does work. I checked my stats to see where my traffic was coming from and found that people did visit my hubs.
I was banned from Answers years ago - because I was linking to my site.
So earlier in the year I tried again. I answered lots of questions. I didn't link more than once to each of my sites/sources/hubs etc, so you couldn't tell they were all "me" unless you hated me and spent 1-2 hours checking.....
And I was banned again.
I had that same problem too Earner somebody reported me but then I had somebody else post me a positive vote but I understand how it seems somebody is just being malicious.

I just looked at my Hubpages traffic sources. I noticed something I've never seen before. One of my sources clearly shows -1 for the traffic for the last 24 hours. How can you have negative traffic? Either somebody goes to your site, or they don't. That score is under...

Hi, I have been writing here for about a month and am looking for ways to increase traffic. I read somewhere that answering on Yahoo Answers and posting a link to a relevant hub can be a good way to increase traffic. Does this actually work that well? I'd be really interested in hearing people's...
