    I stopped filling in the Amazon affiliate registration because it mentioned paying by check? Does anyone actually still do this? Does Amazon?

      if you are outside the us it is the only way- and the banks charge quite a lot to cash the cheque

    I note that my hub is already full of ads even though my Google/hub pages affilation has not yet been finalised. Who gets the revenue from these ads?

      BTW, I cannot find a FAQ that explains how to delete a hub I started but never finished. Any suggestions?

        1. Locate hub in Account
        2. Click on edit or Hub name
        3. At the top, next to "edit" "stats" and "suggest links" is "delete"

        In other words, deleting is the same for published and unpublished hubs.
