How can you comment to a hub?

   This site is very confusing.! How can you comment to a hub? Help - WHERE.! There is no easy way to find this subject. The Learning Center.... uhm.! How bout...step 1, step 2, etc...

      Go to the hub after reading it or having scrolled down to the end, enter your comment in the comment box. It is after the vote up , vote down buttons.. Have fun

      Can you search your browser's history to find the Hubs you have visited?
      
      I understand this is probably not important to you any more, if you know for a fact that there was no comment box on the Hub.

         I think that is a change of point of view, not fact. 
         
         From the point of view of a reader (OP, whom I was addressing): not all hubs will allow you to comment.

            It's NOT the hub Psyche. It's the Hubber who created the hub.
            
            ALL Hubs come with a comment capsule automatically. It completely depends on the hubber, IF they want comments on the hub.

   Some hubbers leave out the capsule for various reasons. If they dont want comments on certain hubs that is their will. Funny that you ran into one of those so quickly. I always allow feedback and I always accept them. On one of my hubs there are like 20 comments and some are downright insulting. I let those comments reflect upon the person making them. But some really cant bear negative feedback. So you will encounter those closed hubs now and again.

      It's not all about denying dissenting opinion. Some Hubbers just don't want to have a discussion on their hubs or don't think the subject will spark conversation.

         Exactly!  One of my favorite authors here, Isabella Snow, rarely places a comments module on her hubs.  It works for her. Not all hubs are created for discussion.
