You could try emailing them and see why they haven't begun. Socializing with them on some level and offering assistance, might help give them motivation. wink

Also, find out why they came to HP to begin with. It might give you some more information to work with. smile

TBH only around 10% of my referal sign ups have actually written a single hub

They may be developping their ideas and publish soon

Never rely on others to do the work- think of it as a nice bonus if they do!

Thanks for the feedback - I think I'll try emailing them & asking them if they need help. I mean I would love to get them writing, why join if you don't intend on writing.

    Hey Manthy,

You posed a question to me, which I received in an email. However, I traveled to the questions area to answer your question, which also refers to the post I made here.

I wasn't up for writing a hub as an answer, but I do hope I managed to help. smile

Mail them and tell the positive things about Hub pages. I mean tell them about the ad program, accommodates and many more so that they get motivated.

Many of them could see it quite difficult to get started with writing and publishing hubs unless someone helps them out; I do remember encouraging a few to get started by simply telling them to start writing on what drives their passion including their immediate profession and events via mail. A medical doctor amongst them now even have over 10 quality hubs and enjoys ethically hubbing in the community, some are now with over 20 published hubs as I write.
