I'd love some thoughts and ideas about my first three hubs. I think they've turned out pretty nice personally, but obviously do not have much hub experience. :-)

It's been encouraging to see the individual hub scores rising already after just a day!
I looked for one that first caught my interest, and it your popcorn ball one.
1 Picture Capsule
1 Video Capsule
1 Comments Capsule
3 Text Capsules
1 Amazon Capsule
1 Outgoing Link
Interesting use of the comments capsule to interact with your user to put there recipe into your hub.
Close relevancy on your Amazon ads.
Video relevancy to your topic.
Most Noticeable Error: The capsule title for your picture says: "Popcorn makes a delicious snake"
Im sure snake should be snack.
Overall: A basic how to cook hub. Gives enough information to complete the actions intended. It's complete for the meaning of the hub.
Maybe add a history of popcorn ball snacks.
Maybe some uses of popcorn ball snacks (parties, events, etc)
Well hope this helps, I think it's a great hub as it is! Just an error or two to check but hey, we all have them
um - yep...snack. *blush*
What can I say - I just had a baby one month ago and am usually typing one-handed. :-D
Thanks for the input on that hub! The jello ball recipe is FUN with kids. I appreciate you taking the time to check it out.
Thanks for the Congrats! :-)
I finished hub #4 and it's been a blast. They are fun to put together, thats for sure.

Janderson just submitted some great suggestions on this thread:http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/126313#post2666393and I think this one deserves a suggestion post on its own. We're always being told to be discriminating with our Amazon capsules - less is more, they must be directly related, etc...

I'm trying to understand RSS feeds. I think the capsule is a reader that aggreates feeds from other websites, but I'm not sure

Would any of you suggest 'reporting' an obvious newbie who has obviously not read anything of the rules and protocols here, whose profile includes no bio and indicates having joined but 2 hours prior, and whose portfolio includes but a single, very short and very poorly written hub?I'm not even...
