   I think this would make a terrific science project for some kid - to test people's reaction times at different times of the day.  I'm a night owl. 
   
   Yesterday afternoon when I tried it for the first time - .2804.
   
   I tested myself today.  First time, I jumped the gun and got a penalty - time was over .82--.  Second time, better - .3296; third time, .2472.
