Just attach this to the link you want to sent out!

"Two easy ways to link using a Referral Tracker

To keep tabs on these referrals, you'll need to attach a Referral Tracker to your links. The default tracker is all that's required, but you can create up to twenty independent trackers — each with a unique name and descriptions — to help you determine the best linking strategies.

Two easy ways to link using a Referral Tracker:

         1. Just click the "link to this page" on the footer of the page you want to link to.
         2. To create a unique Referral Tracker, you'll insert an underscore and a unique referral tracker into the HubPage URL. For example, let's say your unique tracker is "signups" and you want to create a link to a hub with the URL "http//hubpages.com/hub/Seattle_Coffee_Shops". You would insert an underscore, followed by your unique tracker "signups" into the URL. The new link will read http://hubpages.com/_signups/hub/Seattl … hops"

So if I set up the word "join" then that becomes my tracking token. And mine alone?

So if I sent people to http://hubpages.com/_join/user/new/ they get the sign-up page and I get the referral?

darkside: you want this URL: hubpages.com/_1pk0ue4rz5p3q/user/new/

I suggest that you create a custom referral tracker which based on ordinary words, like SunSeven did.

PS: Another good URL to use is: hubpages.com/_1pk0ue4rz5p3q/faq

      Thanks Fluffa.

While I have set up my referral at another forum I wasn't too sure on the best pages to send a visitor to, so this is helpful.
