I had an Amazon sale for a coffee maker last Friday. Its still not shipped. Should I consider the sale to be cancelled?
Its almost 12 days now and still the amazon item is not shipped. Do I consider it to be cancelled.
I'd give it one more week. Sometimes they take a while.
Don't feel too bad, I had 2 items ordered--one over $700 and the other almost $800--which were never shipped, cancelled, nor returned--last spring. Both were in stock at the time and Amazon knows nothing when questioned. Welcome to the world of internet sales, Sid!
Yeah, a couple weeks back I had 14 orders, but only 8 came through. Kind of a downer, since they weren't cheap stuff. I've been wondering what status they're at. Do orders get removed from your total when they're canceled, so you know to stop hoping for them?

I sold a big item on Amazon at the beginning of last month, but it still hasn't been credited to my account. I know I have to wait for the item to be shipped but it's in stock so I can't think why it wouldn't have been sent out yet. It seems to be taking a very long time. Any ideas why?

My Amazon report for Saturday the 1st of March still shows 0 clicks and 0 sales. The other days have updated normally.Initially I assumed it might be a problem with Amazon reporting or a glitch, which would be fixed in time, but it's getting to be a rather old glitch.Strangely enough if I look at...
