I'm just wondering this as I believe one of my hubs need a more appropriate category.
Yes, you can. Edit the hub and it should be at the top of the hub.
Sometimes I change my mind about a title, but the URL is already established. It's too late then. Is there anything that can be done about that other than unpublishing the Hub, and republish it??
Hey Mary, you can change the title without having the need to change the URL. Edit the hub, then edit the title.
You can't change the URL, Mary. Sorry. You could unpublish the hub and create a new one with the appropriate URL and title, but you cannot change the URL after that first page.
The reason you can't change the URL is because if you have backlinks to your hub (or other people have linked to the hub) those links will no longer work. So you'd be breaking all your links!

Is it appropriate to use the title of a hub in the content? How many times can the title of a hub be used within the hub before it is considered bad taste? Will google or hubpages penalize the writer if it's used 2/3 times. And can the title be used as a "tag?"
