If you are hoping for change in 2012 start with yourself and don't point your fingers at anyone. Sometimes if we just stop blamimg others and do little makeover to ourselves we will solve are problems that we encounter.
Absolutely! Take responsibility for your thoughts, words and actions... You are only responsible for your fate and destiny... So if anyone has to change to make a progress in life, then it's you!
Makeover! That's what I need. More like I need a complete DO OVER, but never mind. I'm hoping this year's diet will last a lot longer than last years and that I will be reasonable with myself and reasonably thinner by July when I plan to celebrate on a warm beach in an actual swimming suit. Keeping that in mind may work for me. For once, I am going to stop saying that I care so much about the INNER me and start working on the OUTER me - if I look better, it can't hurt! wish me luck!

As per the new changes HubPages has made, I was required to make a few changes to the amount of Amazon products I was showing.
