There has been a disturbing trend of late for Hubbers to create new forum topics, and publish new Hubs, which have nothing at all to do with religion.
I propose that we urge Hubpages to finally ban all non-religious dialogue from this site once and for all, so that our freedom of religious expression is not diluted by comments which are secular in nature.
Perhaps to ensure that newbies understand we can also change the name from Hubpages to Holypages.com - sadly we have to buy the domain name from a Luxury Organic bedding company!!!
Hey Greek,
I can see that you posted this ridiculous, semi humorous post in the Hubber's Hangout. I guess you've not learned your way around the forum as of yet.
However, I would like to say this thread is poor taste and not funny actually. So, with that said, may a huge gust of wind invade your personal space while you fly your kite. With any luck, the kite will take you away to a far away land.
You are right Cagsil.. it should be in the suggest a new feature section.
It's OK though, once the changes are made, there will only be one category of forum topic.. and you and all the rest of the non-believers will be banished to Craigslist or YouTube or where else the damned congregate
New feature section?
I guess ignorance is truly bliss.
the suggest a feature section / report a problem section... you know it very well.
the problem is that Hubpages is too secular.. the new feature should be an automatic rejection of any Hubpages submission not containing the word "God"
There should also be some other keywords, but can't seem to think of any at the moment...
still a newbie, and would like to learn how to do that. Looks good
it takes about 2 years of practice and $2000 worth of programming training
Hmm..cute name for a cute girl 'Nobody' hehe
I sure would like to see her face. Looks like major cutie-pie potential here...
If that petition list freaks anybody out, I've got 2+ hours to modify it.
Update: I decided to delete it. Some dorkster could come along in the future and become confused.
Jeez, the forum title is now listed 4 times on my profile page.
I thought Canada had more formal Quality Control Standards in regard to Exports!
we are located on top of the world.. like Heaven
Canada can be heavenly in summer or winter. If we sign your petition, oh great and powerful Greek One, will our souls go to Canada when we pass on?
Oh so thats been my problem all along-I think Im somebody lol
p.s Greek -an don't you dare
As to "Petition" Don't be silly. There is more going on here than "religious" stuff. Use your imagination. My homepage shows several topics which aren't religiously motivated. Me? I like to banter, and I'm not afraid to engage anyone on any topic. Theism happens to be a good lively crowd, pros and cons. I love a good fight. Don't you?
Agreed.
I think most of the objections are based on quantity, not quality. When 80% of the frontpage is religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion, religion,

The forum is a great place to hang out and chat, but it could be so much more if each of our posts had a Signature Line.A Signature Line can be many things, a snippet, a thought, a tag line, and it could also be a short list of links to your hubs. A max of four backlinks would be nice as a...

I have noticed that an increasing number of people seem to have joined this site merely to spam religion on the forum. This would be okay if it was not for the fact that this is a forum for writers, not theists.I am all for having a community forum, but I believe it should be a community forum for...

Has anyone else noticed a serious drop in quality among the Question portion of HubPages? For the past several weeks, nearly every question that is featured in the "my account" section has been ripe with misspellings and just contain a general lack of worth in my opinion. I feel the...

I don't think I'm alone in thinking that the main thing that has dragged hubpages down in this latest algo change is the amount of crappy content posted on here over the years. I understand the reasoning behind the latest changes regarding ad placement and reduction of amazon and ebay links and I...
