-->Low quality unprofessional looking website (for instance the Facebook like box and piece of coding lingering at top left).
-->Obviously no thought for Google traffic. "Poest" is not a word...
-->Asking for donations. Say what??? Haven't you heard of monetization? Or at least calling it something other than donations - membership fees for instance.
-->A professional writer would not be interested in such a low quality site when there are thousands of others to choose from.
-->Around the world? You've got less than ten forum posts!
Methinks you've jumped in the deep end. You might want to start learning about choosing "non saturated topics" for your websites.
I agree totally with Wrylit. Also you don't own your domain, nor are you paying for your account to be premium.
You cant be successful with another companies adsense on the page asking for donations, and you sure as heck cant be successful with a "Make a free website" button in the footer of the site if you think people will keep coming back. If its a one time information stop then that might be allowable...
Freewebs was made for personal websites - not what your doing with it. If anything go to dot.tk to get a domain address to use for free and for the love of god upgrade your account and get a better layout.

PS: No one will donate to a site like that.
You can hear the screech of the brakes, see the sparks spewing from the rusty rails. The crunch of the boxcars crashing into one another is deafening, a cacophony of sound as they all become so many accordions of collapsed graffiti and corporate logos, the thump of them tumbling end over end across the earth, you can even feel it under your feet, the calamity of it transmitted through the very earth.

I recently had a hub un-featured for engagement, as the half-circle indicates. I think this is an unfair practice and should be eliminated entirely. Here's why I feel this way:Our hub traffic is often affected by the time of year, holidays, seasons, and current events to name a few. If left alone,...

Honestly, HP needs to step up and start filtering their input. I have been here for over 5 years and I have watched a lot of changes, but what I see as what must be the most damaging to HP (ergo we writers) with Google is the number of low quality Hubs being allowed in the gate. I hear a lot of...

Why are so many hubs being posted that are low quality? I have flagged about 10 or more today which are either copied, overly promotional, in another language, or have other obvious problems that are against TOS.Doesn't the staff have a person who can devote some time to removing these before...

As everyone knows (unless they have been on a mountainside in Outer Mongolia without their laptop) Google has penalized HP quite hard during their recent updates - one of the major issues is that of low quality articles/hubs on the site bringing down the site as a whole. So now HP is making many...

There's been much mayhem occurring on Squidoo over the last few weeks, during the big shakeup they have endured with the decree to fix spammy, low quality lenses or see them deleted. I have noticed that the site has dropped from a position of 57 to 117 on Quantcast since three weeks ago. Most of the...
