I need to take a screenshot! Double 100's! Help?

   Right now, and I know it won't last long, I've got an author and one hub about surviving hip surgery score at 100!  At the SAME time!
   Could somebody take a screenshot for me or tell me how?

   The print screen key puts it in memory.
   
   Ctrl-v will paste it wherever.

   Yikes!  I have it my Windows clipboard but can't seem to get it here, even tho I copied and pasted it..grr!  Oh, well-it's true and I'm very happy-

   Almost there, but I can't seem to do it-ps, I've got it now as a shortcut icon, have pressed Ctrl+C, then Prt Scr/SysRq, then Ctrl+V.  Wrong?

    I was so thrilled when I got Hub of the Day:  I saved it as an icon on my desktop so I can just look at it.  I was SO proud!
