I have posted a hub in the above name (link) on yesterday. It has been rejected as sub standard. I think , it has all the prerequisites of a hub that could have all the merits. Nowadays i think some thing had happened in 'Hubpages' team, that good hubs having all the merits have been neglected. I am also one among the affected persons. Is there any intention in doing like this? I want clarification regarding this immediately. Our painstaking efforts have been simply said as 'Substandard'. Please, my fellow hubbers, as i am one among you, go through my hub and you give the right judgement. Regards.

You've been here 2 years and published 170 hubs, and you not once learned that no one can read an unpublished hub? hmm

The cache does not show me enough to review the hub for violations that may be being considered. Only seeing the top part of the hub with no loading when I try to do so, and no ability given to scroll down on this one.
