      OK, fish three nights in a row is enough even for me. Last fish recipe for the week, I promise! Here is something a little different - Salmon Grilled on Romaine Lettuce. Super easy and the salmon comes out really moist and wonderful.

      Hi Simone, I just posted a recipe for a super-nutritious salad. We like to call it Avocado 3-6-9 Salad, as it has omega oil in it. Though the recipe contains a lot of fat from the avocados and the oil, it is primarily the good unsaturated kind. Also an excellent source of Vitamin C:

    I submitted my first entry today. This is based on a meal I made for me and the kids just two days ago. I am proud that I was able to upload my first video. It's a little shaky, but I was cooking and trying to hold a hand-held camera while doing actions like opening an oven.

    Hopefully I will have some success with this contest. And I hope to publish some more recipe hubs!

    It's for stuffing a loaf of whole grain sourdough with lamb, olives and other yummy things. It's quick to put together then you just stick it in the oven for a couple of hours while you do prepare the rest of your meal. Hope you like it.

    here's my first attempt at entering the contest  - I really enjoyed writing it and taking all the photos - though my husband WAS starting to wonder if he would ever actually get to taste it wink
