Wow....HP has been around for some time...or these are copied form long ago!
I just checked. The "Last updated" field is now gone on the errant hubs. So HP is aware of the issue.
Well, now we know what OS Hubpages' server uses. (UNIX's internal clock starts at 00:00 January 1st 1970 GMT, so if a timestamp is not recorded, that's what you get.)
