How long after you have earned $10 does it takes for you to receive payment from Hubpages?
The pay out mark is $50 for hubpage ad program. SO if you are asking in terms of when you will receive a payout it will not be until you have earned more than $50 and than that payment will post around the 28th of the following month..
If you are asking how long it will take for your ad revenue to rise from $10 to the $50 payout mark, than I can only say that it took me about 8 months to build the momentum to reach a payout...then several months later to begin to receive a payout each month...but time is irrelevant because payment is equal to readership and following and quality of your hubs.... all of which are vairables and dependant upon topic, timing and promotion....
