    Can one man justify the censorship of the rest of the world?

    Then how can the whole world justify censoring one man?

    To answer your first question, dictator's, both of the past and of the present, have done just that — with varying degrees of success. As to your second question, there's no record of that ever having occurred so far as I am aware.

      I'm thinking if a logical argument can be made in one case it should hold true in the other.

      Oh there is "logic" when "FOOLS" (Rm1:22) realize we are 'spirits" who will NEVER know more than the CREATOR (Rm1:25) and will eventually die & "reconcile" back to THE CREATOR or suffer eternal damnation!

    YES!

    HE already has and 'HE' is JESUS CHRIST (aka GOD; HOLY SPIRIT);
    the CREATOR of "the world!"

    Whether you 'BELIEVE' there is a CREATOR or not, you know HE'S there via your "spirit" or what the unbeliever refers to as "the conscience!"

    Romans 1:18-25 says: (v18) "For the wrath of GOD is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; (v19) Because that which may be known of GOD is manifest in them ("spirit" or "conscience"); for GOD hath shewed it unto them. (v20) For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and GODHEAD; so that they are without excuse (they 'know'): (v21) Because that, when they knew GOD, they glorified him not as GOD, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (v22) Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, (v23) And changed the glory of the uncorruptible GOD into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. (v24) Wherefore GOD gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: (v25) Who changed the truth of GOD into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the CREATOR, who is blessed forever.  Amen."

    We ALL 'know' via our "spirit" or "conscience" which "man" did not give us but the CREATOR - JESUS CHRIST (John 1:14) for "the world was made by HIM" and "all things in it" including HIS 'creations' (aka us)!

    "Man" can establish "morals" and/or "values" and although "man" has made abortion and/or same sex marriage legal; when he exercises his rights under these laws; "the conscience" does not rest because it violates GOD'S LAWS!

    Now "censor" that!

    HE loves us so much HE has given us "choice" (Joshua 24:15) and HE continues to "rain on the just and unjust" (Matthew 5:45)!

    What a LOVING GOD we (BELIEVERS) serve!

    Blessings

    Censorship has several basis:
    * for the safety of society such as banning child pornography to avoid stimulating people then at risk of raping children or banning technical info for military devices so they can't be built by terrorists
    * for the sake of the people in power, such as liberals trying to ban all dissenting views as "hate speech" after saying they are love and those who disagree are "hate"
    * for the sake of various ideologies, such that Islam equates criticism of the faith or members of the faith as violence, so they can kill critics (approved by Mohamed himself, since he cheered a follower who murdered a poetess in her bed after mocking him) - if no one dares counter the faith's ideas, they are secure in their faith
