This is a bit open ended, truly, because I would have to say that most people have at least a strong belief about something, and so to judge you'd have to judge everyone.
Having said that, I think it's not valid to judge a person for having a strong belief, but it is perfectly reasonable to judge the beliefs based on their merits.

From what I've read in the bible, we are to identify wrong behaviours and speak up but we are not to play judge because that makes us prideful and reluctant to take the beam out of our own eye. Many Christians insist that it is their duty to judge and they end up judging everyone about everything....
