Sorry.. but i think the question is not clear enough to give the answer. In the third line you have mention that their are 3 qualities but in all there are four qualities....tall, dark, handsome and ugly..
If we ignore those 10 ugly suitors then the venn diagram will be as follows having no suitor tagged as handsome....
