Should we develop technology to control the weather? Why or why not?
Or, as some of the information out there already suggests, is it already happening to some extent? What are your thoughts? Would it be a good thing or a bad thing?
Unfortunately (in my humble opinon) something like this would eventually become militarized and will not be used to help people... instead it would be used to oppress people...
No, we should not because it would be an intervention in environmental processes, and that would ultimately cause destruction.
Instead of wasting time on inventing something like this which will ultimately interfere with the natural process, we should adjust ourselves according to the changing climate.
Also, some serious measures need to be taken to fight floods and hurricanes.
i hope we never have the ability. like anything we aquire, the powerful and wealthy will control it . if we could control the weather, the richest places would have ideal weather where as the poorest areas would be doomed.
