   I don't believe it at all but cloud seeding is a real thing and can be used to cause rain in specific areas and a couple of countries use or have used it to help drought affected areas, basically silver iodide is fired into storm fronts causing the water molecules to freeze and gather causing rain.
   
   Some experts say that more rain on election day would help Obama because he has more early votes and because urban voters are less likely to be dissuaded from voting by the weather and Obama dominates the urban areas, that may or may not be true but I definitely don't believe it is being done.

   I have heard that, I have even read and watched a video from a conspiracy theorist showing possible seeding simply because a cloud appeared out of nowhere and it was allegedly moving in the opposite direction of the other clouds.  There was no jet plane shown actually spraying anything, but to some people this is enough information for them to believe that the government is somehow involved in creating a superstorm.  I personally think it is a bunch of hooey, but then again that is just my opinion.  Who creates a natural disaster to stop an election and what would be the purpose of postponing an election? The election is going to happen regardless of delays.  Imagine the notoriety a candidate would get if it was proven that he was involved with tampering with a  hurricane to gain a political edge.

   i also heard that the government is actually a bunch of aliens. go figure. to be serious though, how would this be kept secret, as there would have to be many people involved and there is no way everyone of them would keep quiet about it. secondly, if they had this power, certain countries would be getting devastated with weather that was unlike anything they could handle, an easy way to conquer.cloud seeding is real but that's a lot different then actually controlling the weather.

      Why? And 80 years ago, would people have been crazy to believe the wild stories they said about Hitler? The real tragedy is the Normalcy Bias that grips most people so they automatically dismiss even the real conspiracies.

      The government is powerful enough to fool many Americans into thinking that 19 hijackers with box cutters took over 4 airplanes on the single day when there were multiple hijack drills and the nation's defenses were at their weakest. Yeah, right

   Such might be possible with HAARP-like technology. Masers (microwave amplification by stimulated emission of radiation) in orbit focused on the ocean can direct a storm. Storms are driven by heat, so using heat energy can steer a storm, if you know exactly where to point your masers.

   America is being dismantled. If you haven't noticed the Constitution being shredded since 9/11 (and even before that date), then you may as well stop reading, now.
   
   9/11 was an inside job. That much is a proven fact. Who exactly did what is less clear and that's why we need a new, independent investigation. Too many things continue to be done in the name of 9/11 for us merely to forget all about it.
   
   How was 9/11 an inside job? For one thing, 3 buildings were collapsed in NYC by controlled demolition. The tons of iron microspheres in the 9/11 dust prove this. The unactivated nano-thermite found in the dust also proves this. The perfect free-fall of WTC7 proves this. The 10-15 second near-perfect free-fall of the towers proves this. The minimum time of collapse for the towers by Newton's formulas of physics, with no margin of safety built into the structural integrity is 44 seconds! And with safety margins, minimum collapse time is far longer -- even infinite.
   
   What does this have to do with the government manipulating the weather?
   
   If the technology exists, they would use it. And yes, they would use it on their own citizens. If they can murder 3000+ on 9/11, they can murder many more. If Bush can lie about WMDs and then laugh about being caught in the lie, what do you think?
   
   Why would the rules of airspace protection be changed a few months before 9/11 to restrict response times, and then be changed back right after 9/11?
   
   Why would the officers responsible for the failures on 9/11 all get promotions?
   
   Why would VP Dick Cheney tell his officers to let the airplane through to the Pentagon, as described by Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta?
   
   Why would the Corporate Party news media talk about controlled demolition on 9/11, but never mention it again, afterward?
   
   Why would the FBI tell their people hands off on the terrorists before 9/11? Could they have been protecting their patsies? And some of the named 19 were found alive elsewhere in the world afterward

      I did not hear that the election would be postponed but voter turnout could be seriously impacted by critical weather, and that, would affect the election results.

      Lone, I have heard of the HAARP technology even way back when I used to work in a  research  university .The HAARP technology is not only conducted  as a research for academic purpose but also advertently  practiced & used in weather manipulation

    Now we know that HAARP is capable of creating minor earthquakes the government has already admitted this and 'fracking' basically creates a similar scenario however what isn't being admitted is the 1976 NATO treaty on weather weapons and HAARP's use to manipulate and control storms using Tesla technology.
    
    Hurricane Erin which sat off of the Long Island, NY coast on the morning of 9/11, 2001 was another hurricane that was manipulated and harnessed for the Hutchinson effect it creates naturally.
