What is your own answer to your question?
I would be interested in knowing your own answer to "Can God create a rock big enough he can't lift it?" Note my answer. I forgive you for asking it, but I wondered if you knew you were forcing a paradox in the way you asked the question. If so, you were not looking for an answer, but to see how people would react to it.
It's intended to be a paradox. I was more interested in how people would answer it and whether religious people would note the paradox when answering the question. I'm not sure the exercise is useful, but the answers have been pretty interesting.
I know what I believe and believe in what I know. So the answer to my own question is I know what it is.
