How to deal with college stresses?

As most of the US colleges are hell expensive, students have to undergo economic hardship and support themselves by working. At the same time they have to manage personal life, have to face academic challenges, face problem with relationships and have to manage time efficiently to meet all the ends. How do you think all these stresses can be handled effectively? Also, is there anything the government can do for the students?

Yes I do agree with you and a considerable percentage of students have to undergo in such circumstanses  almost all over the world.
Well the answer of your question is to practice 90/10 principle of Stephen Coy. Which stats that you actually cannot control the events happening to you. But actually your life is composed 10 % of what has happened to and 90 % persent on how responds to those 10 % events. So you yourself can make your life hell and stressfull or a life full of success and happiness around you. Decisions is yours. You can find more about 90/10 principle by just googling it.

Go with the flow. There are things in academic life that you can't control. By letting go of things you can't control, you get to focus on things you can control. Note that when there is so much stress on any particular activity, just get your attention to some other thing for a while and then come back to the previous problem with fresh outlook.
