If you could go back in your life with the knowledge you have now,
what time of your life would you relive again the same and which would you change?
I would relive college for sure. I can't do anything about high school since that was a choice my parents made, but I made a really bad choice when I chose a college (Susquehanna University).
I would do my late 20s the same, living in a large college town and having the time of my life.
I'd relive high school and come out so much better off with less emotional pain. With the knowledge I have today, I would breeze through high school because I would not let others opinions define me And--this time I would actually study.
I was like most teenagers, way too concerned about what others thought about me. I would reach out more and when a guy broke up with me, rather than it being the end of the world, I would know another would come along.
I would relax! None of the stuff I worried about (grades, colleges, being the best) really mattered. The more time I spent nurturing personal relationships, the sooner I'd be glad to apply myself to the hard stuff that really matters.

Should high schoolers be able to choose core classes based on a choice of future career?Sophomores and upper classmen only though... they already have prep-classes that you can choose, but is that enough. Kids with 4.0's through high school bust their butts on learning useless information (like why...

Do you believe high school is really the best time of our lives? Why or why not?I hear people describe high school as the best time of their lives and I never really understood it. If that is the best it is going to get, what is the point of life after high school? I would love your thoughts.

What do you do if your teenager decides not to go to collage? If your teenager decides not to go to collage what should you do? Do you make them get a job? Make them start paying bills? Do you continue to allow them to live for free in your house and live like a teenager?

The common wisdom is that you should go to college, get a good education, and find a job afterwards and you will be financially successful. Isn't that an outdated concept? The average college grad is unemployed for two years after graduation, and when I went to teller training a month after I...

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Ability and social skills are BY FAR the most important in getting a good job. Steve Jobs dropped out of college, and look how he prospered! There is a long list of people who have done this - dropped out of high school, even! On the other hand, there is also a...

I'm in my fourth year of college. Spring semester starts the 14th but I really don't want to continue taking classes right now. I've changed my major twice since beginning college 4 years ago so I have a wide variety of classes but not enough of any one discipline to have a degree yet. I thought...
